The Pole Pieces

Pole piece before application of copper foil. The red oak quarter rounds have become highly polished due to the repeatedly applications of coatings in two failed attempts to insulate pole face from the copper foil. Final solution was to abandon attempts to insulate pole faces with coatings and use a tape.
