LPG is a specialty manufacturer of tweeters and midranges, and a sister company to
Eton. All of their units offer attractive prices along with generally good curves
and numbers. Most of their units have been recommended with the exception of the
aluminum dome tweeters and midrange drivers. These units include:
- 19P, a 3/4" polymide soft dome
tweeter featuring smooth on- and off-axis response from 3 kHz up, although
usable down to 2 kHz in a pinch.
- 25FA, a 1" silk dome tweeter
featuring smooth response from 3 kHz up. In common with many other tweeters, it
feature slightly rising on-axis response above 10 kHz in order to provide flat
off-axis power response.

- 26T, a 1" titanium dome tweeter featuring exceptionally flat on- and off-
axis response from 1500 Hz up.

- 50FA, a 2" fabric dome midrange featuring a commendably flat response
from 800 Hz to 10 kHz, but with a lower than average Xmax value for this
type driver.
