MCM is, like Madisound, a distributor. As with many distributors, MCM has its own
house brand(s) of speakers. All appear to be quite competent and great bargains.
The popular "Bang!" DIY project loudspeaker is built from low-cost MCM drivers.
Most of MCM's Audio Select and Dynavox drivers are built by Lyeco, a well-respected
Chinese OEM supplier. Generally, all of these units can be recommended to the
budget conscious. Unfortunately, you'll notice that there are still many "N.A." fields in the summary charts for MCM drivers. This is because detailed technical specs on many of these units are not published and difficult to obtain. Some outstanding units worthy of special note include:
